Project entry – no earlier than 8 AM, Please!

9:00 – 9:45

Safety inspection.  Displays must comply with ISEF regulations.  Students, please wear registration badges and remain by your displays.

9:00 – 9:45

Judge’s briefing in room B-126

9:45 – 12:00

Project judging.  Students must wear registration badges and remain by their displays until dismissed by a Fair official.  Dismissal is done by categories and signs will be posted.  Other students may be dismissed before you.  Don’t leave until your group is dismissed.  If a judge can’t find you, your work can’t be evaluated.

10:00 – 11:30

For Parents: Room H116/H118 – Speakers Robert Cranston, Jerry Shockey, Anthony Wilson, and a guest appearance from the JSSF Director Cathy Jaggard

12:00 – 1:00

Project area open to public.  Students, please leave projects on display until 1:00.

1:00 – 2:00

Students may take down displays.

2:00 – 3:00

Junior division: I-Wing Gymnasium

Intermediate and Upper divisions: A-wing lecture hall

 

The G-wing cafeteria will be open from 7:30 to 1:30 for breakfast, snacks, and lunch.
